This is a field‑based role, covering the Mazovian and Lesser Poland regions, with flexibility to work from home when not in the field.
The Opportunity
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across your region by identifying, generating, and qualifying new sales opportunities. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met while consistently delivering on our commercial objectives.
In this role, you will bring the RS Value Proposition to life – using your negotiation skills, market insight, and customer‑centric approach to create meaningful value for our clients. You will manage pricing and discount strategies in line with agreed guidelines, ensuring effective, commercially sound decision‑making.
