Requirements
YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
- Leading the technical design aspects on a variety of projects.
- Assisting Project Managers in developing contract/proposal tasks and budgets in coordination with the Marketing Group.
- Mentoring junior staff on technical aspects of the profession
- Overseeing production work throughout all project phases.
- Providing constructability reviews of construction documentation
- Coordinate with consultants and assist the Project Manager in client and agency coordination.
- Enjoy working on a variety of project types.
- Being an ambassador of RRM.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Seven (7) years of practical experience in the management and design of projects
- Experience in REVIT.
- Active California Architectural licensure.
- Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration.
- Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent architectural detailing skills.
