Internal Job Description

KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Good knowledge of Transformer manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate activities: final inspection and inprocess internal testing.
  • To coordinate non-conformances observed during manufacturing of Transformer.
  • Handling Customer Inspections independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure that Transformers are manufactured as per the applicable specifications.
  • Able to prepare QAP for Transformer manufacturing.
  • Reporting and analysis of non-conformance during Inprocess, & testing.
  • Able to Conduct Process Audits, Doc Audits, System Audit.
  • Have Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015, & other IMS related documentations.
  • Able to prepare RCA & CA/PA related to Internal NC’s and Customer Complaints.
  • Able to prepare PFMEA, PFD & Control plan for all process.
  • Able to lead the in-process team.
  • Calibration & Maintenance of Inprocess Equipment’s & Test Setups.
  • Able to Identify Root Causes in any process failures in day to day manufacturing of Transformers.
  • Able to Conduct Design Review & identify key points to be monitored during manufacturing.
  • Should have knowledge of Dry & Oil Type manufacturing process of Transformers including transformers used in VFD
PROFILE OF JOB HOLDER

QUALIFICATION:

  • B.E. – Electrical.

  EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 - 4 years total QA with experience in In process QA of Transformers.
  • Knowledge of latest quality tools, techniques & international Quality standards.

  SKILLS:

  • Person should be very mature & good analytical skill.
  • High professional Integrity.
  • Capability to working independently & decision-making is a pre-requisite.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
