The host/hostess seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><span style="font-size:14px"><b>Job Description</b></span></u></p><p>Key Job Functions</p><ul><li>Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus in a timely fashion</li><li>Performs proper checkout at the end of shift as outlined inside work checklist</li><li>Follow all appropriate systems outlined in the Service Manual</li><li>Maintain service standards set forth in the Service Manual</li><li>Follows guidelines for guest recovery, as necessary</li><li>Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of service area and tools</li><li>Must return all items to their properly zoned location</li><li>Must use tools in the proper manner as outlined in the Service Guidelines</li><li>Attends all ongoing training sessions</li><li>Assists in the training and mentoring of new staff</li><li>Follow all prescribed systems of organization and cleanliness</li><li>Maintain levels of quality and service as outlined in the service manual</li><li>Complete all before, during and after shift paperwork</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
