Driven by the human side of hospitality, we deliver service with passion, loyalty with purpose, and experiences that truly connect.</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Together We Thrive</b>—bringing quality, value, and amazing hospitality to every guest, every stay, across 1000+ properties in eight countries and counting.</span></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b><span style="font-size:14px">Job Description Summary</span></b></u></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Opens doors and serves residents, guests, or patrons of hotel or similar establishment by performing the following duties.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><span style="font-size:14px"><b>Job Description</b></span></u></p><p><b>Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include: </b></p><ul><li>The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable of all local attractions, restaurants, entertainment ideas and directions.</li><li>Must always present a pleasant customer service attitude</li><li>Understand and practice exceptional hospitality</li><li>Greet all guests with a smile at all times</li><li>Use the guest’s last name at all times when appropriate</li><li>Responsible for opening doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel</li><li>Provide professional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests</li><li>Assist guests with transportation to offsite locations using only approved taxi/limo service</li><li>Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure</li><li>Knowledge of hotel layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc.</li><li>Continually monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of guest services area</li><li>Post up in the appropriate area when not completing tasks</li><li>Work in accordance with our Security Department to ensure all safety measures are being followed</li><li>Previous experience in a hotel or resort as a concierge, doorman, or bellman preferred</li><li>Deliver Passionate & Engaging Service to our Guests<ul><li>You will be passionate and truly engaged in taking care of our guests, recognizing individual guests, and anticipating their unique needs in order to exceed their expectations</li><li>You will consistently deliver our GUEST model:<ul><li><b>G</b>reet or welcome everyone, warmly with a smile</li><li><b>U</b>se eye and ear contact and guest’s name</li><li><b>E</b>stablish/anticipate needs</li><li><b>S</b>olve and own all requests/complaints</li><li><b>T</b>hank everyone</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Build solid relationship with your Colleagues<ul><li> Treat colleagues with respect and dignity</li></ul></li><li>Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
