Le Royal Mansour Collection recrute un (e) Chargé(e) de Marketing Digital Groupe.
Mission principale :
Apporte son appui au Responsable Digitale Marketing Groupe dans la mise en place des actions digitales pour l’ensemble des hôtels dans le respect de la stratégie définie par le Directeur Communication et Marketing du Groupe.
Activités et responsabilités :
- Participe à la mise en œuvre des actions du plan d'action digital validé
- Contribue à la gestion de toute la vitrine internet de la marque, le référencement, l'affiliation et la visibilité sur le web en général dans le respect de l'image de marque définie par sa hiérarchie
- Participe à l'optimisation des leviers d’acquisition de traffic
- Participe au déploiement et à la gestion des campagnes digitales avec les agences partenaires
- Gère le back-office du site web pour la mise à jour régulière des informations de l’hôtel
- Recherche des nouvelles tendances et opportunités en ligne
- Participe aux campagnes d’e-mailings en collaboration avec l’équipe Marketing
- Participe à l'analyse et la gestion des bases de données des hôtels de la collection en collaboration avec les équipes du Front Office des différents hôtels
- Assurer une communication et un bon relationnel client (CRM) afin de fidéliser la clientèle existante et attirer de nouveaux prospects, dans le respect des missions confiées par sa hiérarchie
- Contribue à la production des données nécessaires pour la mise en place les tableaux de bord ; audience, fréquentation site, etc
Profil Requis :
BAC+4/5 en Ecole de commerce avec spécialisation en Marketing, Digitale,...
Minimum de 1 année d'expériences dans le marketing digital dans les industries du luxe, OTA, Enseigne de luxe de Groupe hôtelier;
Expérience en tant que Traffic Manger, Yield Manager, Digital.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
