Royal Caribbean Group’s Supply Chain Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Coordinator, Logistics Services reporting to the  Manager, Transportation Operations

 

Position Summary:

 Acts as a liason between the Logistics Center and all internal and external customers to resolve, communicate and manage all Logistics related issues. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Researches inquiries from internal and external customers for resolution within 24 hours.
  • Resolves invoices in dispute for the Logistics Center including tracking of root cause and resolution for metrics analysis.
  • Manages urgent issues for all vessels.  Consists of working along with Transportation and various areas of Supply Chain for speedy disposition of goods.
  • Performs audit of all warehouse manifest documents and communicates any discrepancies to Management for resolution.
  • Communicate any order fulfillment issues as well as all orders expedited to the vessel to Supply Chain.
  • Process all problem purchase orders including receipt and resolution.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of all paper work associated with the Logistics Center.
  • Assist Process Auditors to ensure all orders are audited in a timely accurate manner.
  • Main point of contact for receiving corrections for all areas of Supply Chain.
  • Performs other duties as required.  This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.  Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of personal computers within a Windows environment including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and basic Microsoft Excel
  • Detail oriented 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Available to work on a rotation basis on week-ends 
  • Strong understanding of company's delivery and invoicing requirements 
  • Independent decision making skills 
  • Ability to provide information to others for decisions outside of standard criteria
