Responsibilities
- Promote our commercial and residential services to insurance agents for properties that have been damaged by water.
- Help our customers through the water damage cleanup process.
- Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Develop scope of work and work plan for water crews to complete.
- Monitor progress of job from start until collection.
- Ensures work done by technicians is in keeping with IICRC and RRSC guidelines.
- Supervise work on assigned job sites.
Requirements
- Arrive at customer site as the first responder for our company.
- Inspect site and present solutions to the customer.
- Be the point contact for the customer and insurance agent throughout the project.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Sales experience, preferably in the restoration or service industry.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
- The Outside Sales-Water Restoration Sales Representative promotes services to insurance agents and assists customers through the water damage cleanup process. They ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction while supervising work on job sites.
