We have an excellent opportunity available for a EVENING DISPATCHER, located in our Chicago Call Center located in Lombard, IL. The hours of this shift will be from 3:30pm-12:00am, weekends and holidays as assigned. The hourly pay range for this position is between $19.00-$21.00, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Liaison between our field technicians and customers nationwide.
- Distribute jobs to field technicians.
- Manage the workload of field technicians throughout the Eastern portion of the country.
- Interact with customers to keep them informed of the status of their assigned field technician’s arrival.
- Relay necessary job information to the field technician.
- Resolve any customer service issues.
Requirements
- Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment
- Able to multi task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- AS400 knowledge preferred

What you'll do
- The Evening Dispatcher serves as a liaison between field technicians and customers, distributing jobs and managing workloads. They also keep customers informed about technician arrivals and resolve any service issues.
