Das Aufgabengebiet:

  • Aufbau, Ausbau und Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen mit neuen und bestehenden Investoren in den Bereichen B2B2C und B2B
  • Fokus auf den deutschen Retail-Assetmanagement-Markt mit Zielkunden wie Sparkassen, Volksbanken, Vermögensverwalter, unabhängige Berater und Finanzvertriebe
  • Fokus auf den deutschen Wholesale-Assetmanagement-Markt mit Zielkunden wie Privatbanken, Family Offices und Dachfonds
  • Fokus auf deutsche Großbanken in der Produktplatzierung und der Vertriebssteuerung
  • Neukundenakquise in den definierten Kundensegmenten und Assetaufbau für die deutsche Repräsentanz
  • Planung und Durchführung von Kundenmeetings und Veranstaltungen bei bereits bestehenden und neuen Kunden
  • Positionierung von Rothschild & Co Asset Management Fonds in verschiedenen Assetklassen, darunter Fixed Income & Equity und Multi-Asset in allen Kundensegmenten
  • Repräsentation von Rothschild & Co Asset Management bei Branchen-, Kunden- und Beraterevents
  • Präsentationen und Vorträge auf Roadshows und Konferenzen
  • Strategische Planung und Weiterentwicklung des Deutschlandgeschäfts

Was erwarten wir von Ihnen:

  • Einen Master-Abschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Finanzwesen
  • Mindestens acht Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Asset Management Sales einer Fondsgesellschaft oder Bank im deutschen Asset Management Markt
  • Hands-On Mentalität und Vertriebsstärke
  • Fundiertes Wissen in den traditionellen Assetklassen, Renten, Aktien und Multi-Asset
  • Sehr gutes Investmentfonds- und Kapitalmarktwissen
  • Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Starke Präsentationsfähigkeit und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und echte Teamplayer-Eigenschaften
  • Starke Eigenmotivation mit vorbildlicher Arbeitsmoral
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
