QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- 1-2 years equivalent work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Retail math, a plus
- Retail software experience, a plus (JDA or Other Allocation Software)
- Ability to independently analyze data sets to solve problem and summarize recommendations
- Intermediate SQL (experience storing, retrieving, and manipulating data)
- Intermediate VBA, Python, or an equivalent language coding
- Ability to develop and enhance reports, data systems, or applications required
- Experience working within a relational database, particularly SQL Server or Oracle

Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.

This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
