Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.</strong></p><p><strong>Why work with us?</strong></p><ul> <li>Generous salary from day one.</li> <li>31 days of annual leave + 4 public holidays.</li> <li>Full on-the-job training - no prior experience or degree required.</li> <li>Private healthcare and mental health support.</li> <li>Group Life Cover &amp; pension scheme.</li> <li>Access to Cycle to Work, retail discounts, and more.</li></ul><p><strong>Your new role:</strong></p><ul> <li>This is a shift-based position - you will be required to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis.</li> <li>Carry out regular cleaning in controlled lab and cleanroom areas.</li> <li>Help manage supplies and materials for production.</li> <li>Safely handle and dispose of waste.</li> <li>Accurately complete important documentation.</li> <li>Support experienced Biotechnologists during product manufacturing.</li> <li>Help move materials and samples between areas.</li> <li>Operate and maintain specialist equipment (training provided).</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul> <li>This position is ideal for non-graduates and those with practical work experience (this does not need to be within the Life Sciences industry) and you are interested in a stable, long-term career in Life Sciences.</li> <li>You enjoy practical, hands-on work.</li> <li>You are a team player with a strong work ethic.</li> <li>You can follow instructions and keep things organised.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>National 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths is required.</li> <li>A science subject at National 5 would be beneficial.</li></ul><p><strong>You don’t need a science background or a degree - just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
