YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing responsibility over marketing assignments, from concept through development and final presentation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong editing and proofreading abilities.

  • Project Management: Effectively organizes and prioritizes multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical Skills: Analyzes, interprets and applies data and research insights using analytics tools to inform decisions and support Marketing’s initiatives and goals.

  • Creativity: Brings fresh ideas and innovative thinking to marketing activities and campaign execution.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management tools (Monday.com), and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo).

  • Collaboration: Works cooperatively with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve shared goals.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Must be comfortable working in collaboration with a team of Business Development personnel, Executives and Officers, continuously adjusting content based on input from others.

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat); Oracle preferred.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.

  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.

  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.

  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • At minimum, 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably within the A/E/C industry.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting events, campaigns, and vendor coordination.

  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%)

TRAVEL:

  • Up to 10%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work Environment: Primarily office-based, involving extended periods of sitting, computer work, and collaboration with internal teams.

  • Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs.), walking, standing, and light physical setup for events.

  • Travel: Approximately 10%, primarily for tradeshows, events, or internal meetings.

  • Noise Level: Typically low to medium.
