And when the team wins, we all win.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As a Housekeeper, you are the frontline of hospitality, directly impacting the guest experience through pristine home presentation. You will be responsible for executing high-quality cleans between stays, resetting homes to brand standards, and supporting laundry, staging, and supply restocks.</p> <p>This part-time, field-based role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, loves creating a welcoming environment, and is energized by fast-paced, physical work.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform full-service turnovers of vacation rental homes following standard operating procedures</li> <li>Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces and rooms, including kitchens and bathrooms</li> <li>Move and reset light furniture to access areas for cleaning</li> <li>Replace linens and towels and restock all consumables and guest amenities</li> <li>Stage and reset decor and hospitality touches according to property standards</li> <li>Remove all trash and debris from the home and property</li> <li>Identify and report any damages or missing items to your supervisor</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning supplies and linens in assigned locations</li> <li>Occasionally assist with laundry, linen transport, or deep clean days as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment<br></strong>This is a highly physical, field-based role that involves cleaning, lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Work will take place inside vacation rental properties as well as outside around driveways, decks, and entryways. The ability to work independently and move quickly between homes is essential.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and reliability</li> <li>Ability to follow detailed checklists and work independently</li> <li>Physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting 25+ lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods</li> <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to move between homes</li> <li>Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile app to log tasks and report issues</li> <li>Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location – Rockaway Beach, OR (On-site)</strong></p> <p><strong>Travel Required</strong><strong><br></strong>Frequent local travel between homes</p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Piece rate ranging between $35 and $310 per unit</li> <li>$22.50-$23.50 per hour paid for non cleaning tasks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay Transparency</strong></p> <p>Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets.
