For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for a: 

Operational Buyer  (Fulltime)  

 
Key Tasks

·         Operational purchasing of production & non-production materials within an international supplier network

·         Active inventory management of the assigned parts range

·         Interface with suppliers regarding operational purchasing issues

·         Proactive implementation of requirements and parts supply

·         Monitoring of deadlines and active action management

·         Conducting delivery reviews (requirements, risk assessments)

·         Active participation in improving our workflows

·         Representing operational purchasing in internal and external project meetings

·         You administrate orders using an ERP system and manage the entire Purchase-to-Pay process

·         You create order recommendations, review their accuracy and prepare the orders upon request of internal customers

Experience & qualifications

·         Bachelor Degree preferably with a economical background

·         0-5 years of relevant work experience

·         Familiar to an ERP system and mastering Office tools

·         Languages: Fluent in French and English

·         Able to work well independently as well as with others and is a positive role model for ethical behavior, fairness and integrity

·         Analytical skills

·         Accurate

·         Solution and service oriented

·         Languages: Fluent in French and English.
