Tko ste vi?

Tražimo proaktivnu i odgovornu osobu koja će preuzeti upravljanje prodajnim aktivnostima i portfeljem kupaca, s naglaskom na prodaju iz ureda i rad u CRM okruženju.

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Planiranje i provedba prodajnih aktivnosti pretežno putem telefona, video poziva i e-pošte

  • Upravljanje odnosima s dodijeljenim kupcima i praćenje prodajnih rezultata

  • Zaprimanje, obrada i praćenje narudžbi – od unosa u sustav do realizacije isporuke

  • Praćenje naplate, izdavanje računa i odobrenja

  • Obrada reklamacija u suradnji s internim timovima

  • Vođenje i redovito ažuriranje podataka o kupcima i prodajnim aktivnostima u CRM sustavu

  • Suradnja s voditeljem prodaje, regionalnim menadžerima i korisničkom službom

Vaš profil

  • Visoka stručna sprema ili minimalno tri godine relevantnog radnog iskustva

  • Izvrsno poznavanje hrvatskog jezika u govoru i pismu

  • Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu

  • Komunikacijske vještine, timski rad, orjentiranot prema kupcu, inicijativa i vještine rješavanja problema
