Role summary:
The IT Consultant specializing in Microsoft Power Platform is an integral part of a dynamic team at the ROCKWOOL Group, responsible for managing and maintaining these platforms to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
The Power Platform Consultant helps businesses identify, design, develop, and implement innovative solutions. Additionally, this role provides a Single Point of Contact for end users to receive service, support, and operation within the company's computing environment.
The position is part of a high-performing team of consultants and developers focused on delivering automation projects and providing support in areas such as Power Platform, SharePoint, and Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:
· Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, system configurations, and relevant operational processes and procedures.
· Translate customer business requirements into effective solutions and designs.
· Implement and maintain security measures, including user authentication, access controls, and data protection.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions, maintaining a customer-focused approach in all areas.
· Conduct training sessions for users and contribute to the user community as part of user adoption initiatives.
· Support the deployment, maintenance, health, capacity, and performance monitoring of the platform and solutions delivered.
· Deliver Incident and Problem analysis and resolution in accordance with set Service Level Agreements (SLA).
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology area.
· Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards, data security, and regulatory requirements. This includes setting up proper access controls, data management policies, and usage guidelines.
