Job Description

This job manages product development projects focused on the delivery of a product through the design process and into finished product state, from initiation through delivery. We determine the appropriate level in the project management career ladder by assessing an individual's capabilities using the Project Management Capability Model. The job title for this role is Senior Project Lead.

Your Responsibilities:

This job manages product development projects focused on the delivery of a product through the design process and into finished product state, from initiation through delivery.

You will Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires and in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of team members.

You will Exercise in methods, techniques, and evaluation to obtain results. May serve as team leadership role with all members and have responsibility to managing their deliverables. Active participation and contribution in Agile process to improve Project results through collaboration.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic/Computer science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years in a Hardware or Firmware Engineering background with 2 or more years Project Management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other PM Certification with working experiences in an Agile and SAFe environment.
  • Candidates with the following skills will have an advantage:
  • Power BI
  • Project Management Financials
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Certified Functional Safety IEC61508
  • Cybersecurity IEC-62443-4-1/-2

  • You will Address complex projects in creative, and sustainable ways.
  • Experienced working in cross-business, and cross-cultural environment.
  • Experienced in product development, regulatory & compliance and productivity.
  • You will have Record to lead multiple teams, partner with management to resolve conflicts and obtain resources for projects.
  • You will Effectively communicate and give presentations to partners.
  • Proven record to direct resources, plan project activity and balance financial budgets.
  • You will Manage Project Scope, Schedule, Compliance, Budget, and Risks in a Product Development Process.
  • Provide technical support during engineering reviews.
  • You will Recognize/anticipate and remove barriers to completing assigned work/projects.
  • You will Manage preventive initiatives for Program/Project.
  • Focus on streamlining methods for increased efficiencies and competencies.
  • Works effectively with cross functional departments and partners to achieve the Program/Project goals.
  • Influence functional groups to incorporate recommendations.
  • Demonstrates and Fosters good teaming and working relationships.
  • Demonstrate responsiveness and promptness in serving customer needs.
