Job Description

Position Title : PROJECT ENGINEER

Location : Noida

As a Project Engineer – Automation, Candidate will be responsible for handling both back‑office software development activities and on‑site commissioning tasks. Your role will involve designing, developing, and testing automation software solutions, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure project requirements are met. Additionally, candidate will be required to travel to customer sites to install, configure, troubleshoot, and commission automation systems. This position demands strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills.

Candidate will report to Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Pharma projects within defined timelines, ensuring high quality engineering with customer satisfaction, while leveraging standard and reusable engineering practices.
  • Coordinate overall system integration activities, maintaining accurate documentation, fostering effective collaboration, and resolving technical deficiencies.
  • Continuously enhance technical expertise and share best practices with team members, supporting capability development and other initiatives.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

· The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Information Technology

· The candidate must possess solid working knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Historian‑based reporting tools.

· The candidate must have strong, hands‑on experience working with key Rockwell Automation platforms, including FactoryTalk View SE, Logix 5000, and FactoryTalk Historian.

  • Willing to travel 60% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

· The knowledge of DCS System design, PlantPAx library standards, Virtualization, process control, System architecture preparation.

· Qualification/Validation/Documentation
