Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a experienced Process Applications Analyst to collaborate with Sales Process owners and develop custom business applications to support sales processes. You will have experience creating scalable low-code solutions that integrate with established business systems.

You will collect and analyse customer, channel and industry research and data to support business analysis. You will classify intelligence from a variety of field sources and information systems. Candidate will organise the information into useable, applicable reports and tools for use in strategic and operations decision-making. You will report directly to the Process Applications Manager, based in Noida working in Hybrid.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design low-code cloud-based applications.
  • Build and configure process automations.
  • Integrate low-code platforms with CRM systems and databases.
  • Develop custom connectors and APIs for extended functionality.
  • Ensure application security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for developed applications.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience and 2 + years proficiency in low code tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Salesforce Lightning Apps.
  • Experience building power applications, power apps, and automate
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C# or .NET for advanced customization
