Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will join a team with access to the latest technologies and opportunities to develop your technical skills. Our department's resources include 3D scanning and 3D printing capabilities, dedicated training stations for control systems and robotics, and full access to relevant software. We provide access to e-learning platforms and supporting software (Eplan, Inventor, AutoCAD, and others). We provide a training package. You will report to the Maintenance Team Supervisor.

You will be located in Katowice. The team comprises 13 members.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines and production lines
  • Repair machines and resolve current malfunctions
  • Diagnose, troubleshooting, and analyzing failures of machines and industrial automation systems (inverters, servo drives, pneumatics)
  • Implement improvements to enhance the repeatability and reliability of machines
  • Maintain documentation related to repairs and maintenance
  • Evaluate data needed for ordering spare parts

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Experience in a similar position 2 or more years of experience
  • Technical education, preferred fields: mechanics, electromechanics, automation
  • Practical technical knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems
  • Practical knowledge of ladder logic programming (other languages ​​will be an additional asset)
  • Practical knowledge of configuring vision systems
  • Practical knowledge of operating and programming industrial robots
  • Practical knowledge of automation and electropneumatics on production lines
  • Read technical drawings and electrical diagrams
  • No contraindications to working at heights

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Certification for operating mobile work platforms
  • SEP certification
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
