Comercial Program Analyst
You will report to: Sr. Proposal Consultant Manager
Job's workplace type: Hybrid
Located in Mexico City or Bogota, Colombia
The commercial program analyst supports the planning, execution, and performance tracking of commercial programs and initiatives. The role act as a bridge between commercial sales, finance and operations teams.
Key Responsabilities
- Review, analyze, and interpret customer RFQ documents to identify commercial, technical, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional input (engineering, operations, supply chain, finance) to develop accurate and competitive customer proposals.
- Prepare and submit customer quotations to meet established timelines and commercial strategy.
- Track outstanding RFQs and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution.
Customer Order Validation
- Review customer Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with proposal details, pricing, terms, and contract conditions.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all customer orders and program records.
Program & Forecasting Support
- Work with the Commercial Program Manager to support forecasting processes for upcoming customer programs.
- Maintain forecasting tools, dashboards, or reports to ensure visibility of demand, revenue, and resource needs.
- Assist in preparing program reviews, customer presentations, and internal status updates.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with supply chain, finance, engineering, and operations to support program execution and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Support the Commercial Program Manager with data analysis and reporting for decision-making.
- Help identify process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of commercial program activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in commercial analysis , business analysis, finance or a similar role .
- Proficiency in Excel , experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similiar ) is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP , Salesforce)
