- Measure transaction costs, slippage, and funding impacts to ensure executions align with research assumptions
- Partner with developers to tune execution algorithms and drive the post-trade feedback loop
- Degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python and comfort with SQL and version control
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience coding transaction-cost analytics, slippage models, and execution monitoring for trading
- Practical knowledge of crypto derivatives markets, funding mechanics, and exchange microstructure
