SUMMARY
As an Operational Support Analyst, your role is a key contributor in understanding how the business impacts the financial performance of the organization, with the goal of informing and advising operational decision makers across the organization.
STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
LOCATION: 100 Kings Highway South, Rochester, NY 14617
DEPARTMENT: Operational Support
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, No weekends. Hybrid schedule - remote and in office. In office required days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one (1) to three (3) years of prior relevant experience, including financial and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to think critically, proactively, and continually challenge existing assumptions
Demonstrated ability to interact with and present financial information to senior leadership
Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
Budgeting & Planning. Responsible to plan and coordinate the annual budgeting process at Rochester Regional Health in conjunction with the operational support finance team.
Data Analysis and Visualization. Analyze relevant financial and operational data to inform trends and guide business decisions for the organization. Create meaningful and actionable visualizations for senior leadership.
Financial Reporting & Communication. Responsible for the monthly and annual financial close process at Rochester Regional Health, including proposing and preparing financial adjustments to the income statement and balance sheet. Provide insight and expertise on variances to budget, both to Finance leadership and executive leadership across the organization.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
