The Position

Your key responsibilities

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain flow to ensure optimal inventory levels and seamless distribution. This role focuses on aligning supply plans with market demand through collaborative forecasting and efficient inventory management, ensuring high service levels for customers while maintaining operational efficiency

  • Supply & Demand Planning: Manage supply planning parameters and monitor inventory levels to balance supply with demand. Lead regular S&OP meetings with Sales and Marketing to review forecasts and mitigate risks such as stock-outs or excess inventory.

  • Inventory & Data Management: Oversee the lifecycle of materials by maintaining accurate master data in the ERP system. Monitor inventory health by analyzing slow-moving, short-expiry, and obsolete stock to optimize working capital.

  • Procurement & Order Management: Execute and monitor purchase orders (PO) from domestic and international sources. Track shipping schedules and manage inter-company or third-party vendor transactions to ensure timely delivery.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with regional hubs and local commercial teams to align on supply chain priorities and support operational improvements during the project period.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy and scrap, to support data-driven decision-making.

Who you are

  • A Bachelor or Master Degrees in Logistics or Logistics related subjects is preferred

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English

  • Good command of MS office software application

  • A minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain operations and distribution.

  • SAP experience in operation at least 1 years (MM and SD modules)
