The Global MSAT & Engineering (PTT) function is undergoing a massive, multi-site modernization initiative. We are taking bold steps to introduce innovative, efficient, and sustainable systems and technology across our global device & packaging landscape and network.
Evaluating, supporting and identifying the development of sustainable alternatives suitable for pharmaceutical and medical device applications.
Performing detailed analysis of device and packaging configurations and materials using life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology.
Development and implementation of measures for the device and packaging department derived from the Roche global Product Stewardship initiative.
Innovation through the evaluation and screening of new device and packaging technologies that reduce environmental impact.
You are currently enrolled in a university (Bachelor, Master) OR graduated within the last 12 months prior to the start date. Your studies are ideally in the field of Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field
You are an innovative spirit who applies design thinking with a strong focus on the end-user.
You are knowledgeable in packaging and/or medical device materials, processes, and equipment.
You are experienced in applying life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology within the context of product development.
You are capable of authoring high-quality technical documentation.
You are characterized by excellent organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills.
You are proficient in English; additional knowledge of German is considered an asset.
