The Position
Specjalista/-ka ds. Serwisu Technicznego (Service Engineer)
W Roche Diagnostics skupiamy się na wprowadzaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań w obszarze medycyny laboratoryjnej. W Polsce działamy od kilkudziesięciu lat i należymy do wiodących pracodawców na światowym rynku diagnostycznym. Opracowujemy i wdrażamy rozwiązania diagnostyczne, które odpowiadają dzisiejszym wyzwaniom i są przygotowane na przyszłe potrzeby.
Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy Specjalisty/-ki ds. Serwisu Technicznego z województwa pomorskiego.
Zadania:
Instalacje i wdrażanie aparatury laboratoryjnej
Naprawy gwarancyjne i pogwarancyjne sprzętu
Szkolenia klientów z obsługi aparatury i systemów laboratoryjnych
Pomoc techniczna dla klientów
Raportowanie wyników pracy
O Tobie:
Mieszkasz na terenie województwa pomorskiego
Posiadasz wyższe wykształcenie techniczne (preferowane: mechanika precyzyjna, elektronika lub pokrewne)
Z łatwością potrafisz zrozumieć potrzeby Klienta i efektywnie się komunikować
Posiadasz prawo jazdy kategorii B
Dobrze znasz język angielski (min. B2)
Umiesz priorytetyzować zadania i pracować pod presją czasu
Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku będzie dodatkowym atutem

What you'll do
- The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing and implementing laboratory equipment, providing warranty and post-warranty repairs, and offering technical support to clients. Additionally, the role includes training clients on the use of laboratory systems and reporting work results.
