
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Management Consultant to partner with organizations in improving performance, optimizing operations, and executing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable results.
This role offers flexibility through a hybrid work model and is open to both full-time and part-time professionals based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate organizational performance, processes, and structures
Identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable, data-driven solutions
Develop and implement strategic business plans and operational improvements
Conduct financial analysis, market research, and competitive assessments
Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams
Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation
Prepare and present professional reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
Monitor outcomes and ensure successful execution of consulting engagements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or business analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data and analytics tools is a plus

Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $165,000 – $175,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
Annual Bonus: Typically 10%–20% of base salary, based on individual and company performance
