The Position

The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Opportunity

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the global Digital Marketing team to maintain, optimize, and update content on Roche's globally managed websites, such as roche.com. Your main responsibilities will include publishing and managing website content, editing content to align with design guidelines, triaging publishing requests, and overseeing content approval processes. You will also provide feedback on visuals and copy, ensure editorial standards are met, and occasionally update HTML and CSS elements. Additionally, you will conduct global content audits to identify gaps or redundancies and suggest improvements to enhance site content.

In this role, you will consult with global stakeholders to understand their needs, improve site performance, and recommend next steps based on trends and analytics. You will play a key role in guiding and training stakeholders to ensure consistent knowledge and experience across all digital operations. Your expertise in content management, digital project management, and publishing across platforms will enable stakeholders to enhance their digital performance and achieve overall business goals.

In this position you will be focusing on:

  • Being responsible for publishing and managing content for websites, overseeing editing of all content before website publication and building website pages to be in line with our design guidelines.

  • Triaging requests for content publishing with the right stakeholders, ensuring editorial outlook is up to date, provide feedback and suggestion on digital content (both on visuals and copies)and occasionally update HTML, CSS on websites

  • Conducting global content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content

  • Consulting with key global stakeholders to understand needs and to ensure that all content on the global websites provide the most impact or views

  • Consulting on global site performance, trends, and suggest next steps accordingly

  • Guiding and training key global stakeholders to ensure common knowledge and experience across our operating landscape.


Who you are

  • You have 3-5 years of experience working with IT systems, platforms, website management and 3 years of experience in digital operations for an agency or large size companies.

  • You have 3+ years of experience with Content Management systems, system implementation expertise.

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in large organisations, preferably healthcare industry or tech.

  • You have basic understanding of coding (HTML, CSS, JS) and you are a quick learner, passionate about technologies and web.

  • You are dynamic and flexible in working with different tools, you are creative, have strong problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced global environment.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Communications, Web Development or a related discipline.

  • You are fluent in English (business level).
