The Position

Affiliate: Roche Diagnostics Korea

Division  : ​Finance & Operation

Work location: Seoul, South Korea

Worker Type: 15 months contractor

Your key responsibilities

1. Instrument Lifecycle Management

  • Perform profitability analysis for deals using internal systems (GDC) and act as a primary contact for Sales/Marketing inquiries.

  • Process instrument outbound orders and oversee the end-to-end placement process to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Manage equipment master data from installation to take-back (Rental, Cash Sales, Demo, Asset Transfer)

  • Check monthly Instrument Placement (IP) status and provide reports on instrument movement, fixed assets, and sales.

  • Distribute and follow up on PPE (Property, Plant, and Equipment) existence confirmation document submission.

  • Manage and maintain accurate master data for instrument request forms and documentation

2. Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Review contract terms and conditions for GDC opportunities.

  • Manage deal contracts (Reagent Rental, Cash Sales, Service, PPX) in Agiloft and Deal Master Contracts in SAP.

  • Operate Distributor Change process regarding IBase, Deal Master, and Rental fee, Contract.

  • Provide the information relating to deal contracts

3. Project Support & Data Management

  • Support the implementation of new internal systems and business processes, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy operations.

  • Assist in data cleansing, migration, and validation activities to ensure high data quality in the new system environment

Who you are

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Finance preferred)

  • Experience: Solid background in Sales/Commercial Operations or Business Support

  • Technical Skills:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.

    Experience with SAP (SD/FI modules) and Contract Management systems (e.g., Agiloft) is a plus.

  • Key Competencies:

    Analytical Mindset: Ability to conduct profitability analysis and manage complex data sets.

    Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT).

    Autonomy & Organization: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, project-driven environment.

  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
