  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize improvements, and ensure our systems meet evolving user needs.

  • Leverage deep user empathy, UX insight, and a data-informed approach to identify opportunities for product optimization, iteration, and long-term growth.

You have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in one of the following areas: interactive audio, content creation workflows, video streaming, and voice communication protocols.

  • Expertise in presenting clear business cases, creating detailed product specs, and helping design scalable solutions.

  • A passion for driving user-centric product decisions that are backed by data and insights.

  • A history of successfully collaborating with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver complex, technical products on time.

  • A hands on approach. You use the product daily and can clearly express what does/doesn’t work well.
