The Manager ATI will manage and lead a technical team to develop, support and maintain assigned applications. They will work closely with Functional Leads other Managers, Directors, VP's, and sometimes directly with business owners to promote the effective operation of the overall department, and to resolve issues as well as suggest new processes and systems in support thereof.

This person is responsible for one or all stages of system development, implementation, testing and problem resolution, often including minor enhancements, fixes and upgrades. The Manager ATI is responsible and accountable for design, code verification, testing and/or implementation by development members. They are responsible for technical specification design and system architecture, ensuring the ongoing integrity of these systems at increasing scale. This person is responsible for department’s compliance with regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with management and peers on delivery of ATI Cloud Solutions IT solutions
  • Oversee team responsible for delivery management (Project/Program Management & SCRUM Leads)
  • Build consensus on priorities, objectives & strategy, and gain alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners across the company
  • Oversee formal and repeatable project management processes for the planning, execution, and control of project work
  • Partner with functional and technical leaders to identify and plan for the capabilities necessary to deliver on the product roadmap for the associated business domain
  • Create a healthy team culture of happy and productive associates who understand the vision and strategy and are empowered to make the decisions necessary to execute and meet clearly defined and communicated metrics
  • Drive innovation with your team and empower them to make decisions
  • Ensure standards are documented and followed for project planning, execution, governance, release management, SCRUM/Agile practices, quality controls, monitoring, prioritization, and budget management
  • Evolve delivery management methodologies for efficiency and to support directional changes in the organization
  • Coaching, mentoring, training, and oversight of Program & Project Managers and SCRUM Leads
  • Provide communication, coaching and support for own as well as other teams to improve overall organizational performance
  • Leads brainstorming of creative solutions and problem-solving to balance product deliverables and resources with business needs, contributing extensive and insightful knowledge of these areas to the discussion. Ensure that promising results are communicated to key stakeholders and translated into action plans.
  • Works on issues of diverse scope and importance requiring thorough analysis of varied circumstances or data.
  • Leads effective collaboration not only in immediate team but also with other IT verticals, dev team, and business partners to improve efficiencies and support quality deliverables. Monitors the collaborative process and adjusts as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 10 years of technology leadership in program, project, and personnel management, including 5+ years managing multiple functional areas, large teams, and simultaneous complex projects
  • Direct people management experience is required, including coaching, performance management, and career development of team members
  • 5+ years hands on experience as a Scrum Master, Project/Program Manager
  • SAFE Agile certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on planning activities and driving strategic vision
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills across all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of cross-organizational impacts
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Adaptable with ability to work with ambiguity in an efficient and effective manner
  • Strong team player who can build and maintain and engage in the team
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and during demanding situations

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

$115,000.00 - $175,000.00
