The successful candidate will perform various accounting functions including day to day supplier invoice entry, supplier payments, customer invoice and credit processing. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounts payable, and the ability to assist customers with invoicing questions, as well as communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.   Strong knowledge of computer applications including MS Word, Excel and ERP and CRM systems is required. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Basic understanding of General Ledger  Ability to enter supplier invoices for payment timely and accurately Ability to create and submit invoices to customers with efficiency and accuracy Knowledge to create supplier payments via check and ACH, as required Good communication skills to interact with Customers and Suppliers to resolve discrepancies, and answer questions  Skill to interact professionally with other associates on the accounting team, as well as customer experience team, sales, and management.  Strong problem-solving skills Great attention to detail Awareness of software program relationships and the ability to work quickly between multiple programs. Actively participate with team members to achieve team and company goals. Other duties as required. QualificationsRequired Qualifications  US Citizen Fluent in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2 years accounting experience Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems). IFS experience preferred. Required Competencies    Ability to reason through solutions with creative ideas Strong focus on cash flow and efficiency Able to manage difficult situations and respond promptly to Customer and Associate needs.  Quickly embraces, learns and applies new technology and/or procedures. Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment; a team player. Self-directed, self-motivated and detail oriented. Organized and reliable Demonstrates integrity Time management and multitasking Possess a high level of initiative, cooperation and exercise good judgment and discretion.
