Proven track record: Demonstrated success in building partner networks, acquiring new partners, and developing existing partner relationships.
Entrepreneurial thinking: Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high numerical aptitude, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Communication and negotiation skills: Excellent communication skills, negotiation confidence, and professional presence at all levels – with both partners and C-level decision-makers.
Customer orientation and initiative: Independent, structured working style with high initiative and strong partner and customer orientation.
Technical understanding: Ability to understand and convincingly communicate technical automation solutions – technical background is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education: University degree in business, engineering, or comparable qualification.
