Compensation range: $110,000-$120,000 salary range plus bonus and equity through our MyShare program.

Duties and responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year end process from start to finish, closing financial reporting within five days;
• Perform monthly account reconciliations for the balance sheet;
• Prepare the monthly financial reporting package and associated financial schedules
• Assist with carbon and environmental reporting requirements
• Assist with the external auditors and their requests
• Perform variance analysis and seek explanations
• Lead investigations to identify root cause to issues and recommend counter measures;
• Lead and co-lead projects to enhance internal controls and processes
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasts;
• Assist in coaching and developing team members
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis for management
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Key Characteristics

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting & Economics
• CPA highly desirable but not essential
• 3+ years of work experience in accounting roles preferably in logistics
• Must have a continuous improvement mindset
• Use of Great Plains is a plus
• OneStream experience is a plus
• Strong humility: Be authentic, hands-on, who can roll up his/her sleeves and work in a fast-paced
  environment
• Integrity and Values: A growth-oriented professional with a focus on honesty, integrity and a clear sense of
  ethical decision-making
• Self-starter: Must possess a high degree of enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity to educate her/himself and
  quickly get up to speed independently
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous projects within set deadlines
