Role Summary

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition organization. This position requires an individual with a keen appetite for learning, problem solving, and process improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the rest of the Recruiting Operations team and the broader Talent Acquisition organization to maintain and optimize large-scale recruiting programs and systems.


Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance and Optimization
    • Ensure seamless use of recruiting systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for system users
    • Provision access and licensing for tools such as the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), LinkedIn Recruiter, HackerRank, and Indeed
    • Collaborate with the rest of the Recruiting Operations team and the People Systems team to implement and optimize recruiting systems, including the ATS and other recruiting tools
    • Provide basic reporting and auditing of data cleanliness to ensure data integrity of system
  • Program Management and Administration
    • Maintain constant project and program support including but not limited to quarterly job description audits, pay transparency compliance, team newsletters, and managing the team inbox and calendar
    • Perform regular experience audits to ensure all recruiting programs, processes and workflows are running as designed
    • Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately to support the Recruiting Operations team
  • Enablement and Training
    • Onboard new members of Talent Acquisition and provide training on systems and process
    • Support skills development training for TA on new ATS features, AI tools, and recruiting systems to optimize usage and team efficiency
    • Lead training with Recruiting Operations and other stakeholders on current processes and change management for future system/process improvements
    • Build presentation decks and training materials for Talent Acquisition or the business as needed
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition organization and cross-functional partners to understand their needs and requirements
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external candidates regarding system-related inquiries
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on system or process changes

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-paced corporate environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving, learning, and adapting to the latest technologies and systems
  • Experience with recruiting processes and systems, iCIMS experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an environment with constant change and evolving priorities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People Systems, People Operations, Global Mobility, Enterprise Technology, and Legal

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for Normal, IL based applicants: $71,000-$88,800 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).


Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
