Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Systems and Compliance Administrator to maintain our CMMS (iMaint) and coordinate administrative environmental compliance activities. This role is systems-focused and deadline-driven, supporting maintenance planning and regulatory reporting with guidance from outside consultants.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the CMMS (iMaint).
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, and work orders.
- Track maintenance activity and generate routine reports.
- Coordinate environmental permits, inspections, and reporting deadlines.
- Work with external environmental service providers to collect and submit required data.
- Maintain organized compliance records and documentation.
- Proactively flag upcoming deadlines or compliance risks to management.
Requirements
- Experience working with a CMMS (iMaint preferred).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience managing recurring reports or compliance documentation.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and document management tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
- Familiarity with environmental or regulatory reporting processes.
- Experience working with third-party consultants.
This Role Is Not
- An engineering role.
- A hands-on maintenance position.
- Responsible for regulatory interpretation or legal determinations.
