Fatburger Grill Cook (Night/Weekends)

Responsibilities

• Clean preparation area, cooking surfaces and utensils.
• Preparing and cooking, beef, veggies, grilled chicken.
• Cook bacon, eggs, potatoes, grill onions
• Cook French fries, crispy chicken, onion rings, yam fries and donuts.
• Prepare hamburgers, sandwiches, salads etc.
• Add relishes and garnishes to food orders from a wide section of toppings including cheese and bacon, fried egg and chili, according to customer’s instruction.
• Wrap food items and package take-out food.
• Stock refrigerators and keep records of quantities of food used and need to orders.
• Ensure that food and service meet the set standard of quality.
• Taking customers’ orders.
• Receive and process payment for foods and beverages and help customers with good customer service skills.
• Train new grill staff, work safety and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor food production and service to assure that planned menus are followed.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all food and supplies.
• Complete daily temperature checklists and report any inconsistencies
• Maintain clean and food save grill cooking areas.
• Ensures compliance with all Resort policies, standards and procedures.
• To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace. 
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, strongly preferred, but not necessary
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage cycle
• Food Safety Certification is an asset
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environmeny
• Organizational Skills
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers in English
• Team Player

The schedule for this position may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays.
