Head of Training Benelux

As Rituals continues to expand across the world, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Training to lead our local training department in the Benelux. You will set the direction for learning and development and ensure our retail teams have the skills, confidence and knowledge to deliver meaningful customer experiences and strong commercial results.
In this role, you lead the local training team of 5 (4 trainers – 2 based in the Netherlands, 2 in Belux ánd 1 training coordinator based in the Netherlands). Working closely with the Heads of Retail, Area Managers, and the Managing Director Benelux, HR to implement practical, hands-on training programs that work on the shop floor. You’ll drive continuous development, provide mentorship, and make sure training translates into performance.
Your accountabilities:
Working 40 hours per week, you will bring focus, clarity, and ambition to training and learning across the local market.

Your market: You ensure training supports business performance, helping ambassadors deliver consistent service, hit sales targets and uphold Rituals’ standards across the Benelux.
Your team: You lead and inspire a strong, connected cross-country team, mentor talent, and create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow, while setting clear expectations and direction.
Your organization: You balance global and local needs, bringing market insights to international teams while making global training strategy actionable locally. You use data and insights to identify opportunities, implement programs that strengthen skills and performance, and ensure learning translates into results.
