As the Senior Product & Project Manager for Workday, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our Workday roadmap, ensuring that platform capabilities evolve in line with Rituals’ growth and organizational needs.
In this role, you will translate business goals into a clear Workday strategy and execution plan. You will manage initiatives end-to-end, from defining business requirements and prioritizing backlog items to overseeing delivery, testing, release, and adoption. With a strong understanding of HR processes and Workday functionality, you guide decision-making and ensure each enhancement contributes to an improved employee experience and operational efficiency.
You will oversee change delivery across Core HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Extend, and Reporting together with a team of experienced Business Analysts. This includes planning and coordinating releases, validating data impacts, and ensuring successful implementation and communication to stakeholders. You will also drive process optimization and harmonization, balancing scalability, compliance, and functionality.
