Meet the Team
You’ll be part of the new Omnichannel Technology product team within the Sales & Customer Activation Value Stream. This stream consists of 4 product teams responsible for data products and technology focused on Sales and Customer data globally across all DTC channels. You will collaborate closely with the Platform Manager, Staff Engineers, Business Architect, Data Product Owners, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts to shape and drive the strategy.
Your Role
In this position, you will take ownership of both product and project responsibilities. You’ll lead initiatives that modernize our commerce platform, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure operational excellence across systems and processes. Your work will directly influence customer experiences in-store, online, and across omnichannel channels. Key responsibilities include:
