As a Project Coordinator Store IT, you will play a crucial role in IT change management and incident coordination globally within our Rituals stores. Meet the Team 

As a Project Coordinator Store IT, you will be part of the Store IT team and report to the Store IT Senior Manager. You’ll work in a motivated and international team in an exciting environment where you can make a real impact. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for our outsourced service suppliers. You will be responsible for IT service delivery management, ensuring IT changes, incidents, and projects are handled efficiently across our 300+ stores that open, close, or relocate annually worldwide. 

Your Responsibilities 

As the Project Coordinator Store IT, you will: 

  • Manage IT change processes, ensuring smooth transitions for store openings, relocations, and closures globally in collaboration with third-party suppliers. 
  • Coordinate IT-related projects, such as lifecycle management, ensuring they are delivered within scope, time, and budget. 
  • Organize and oversee the resolution of IT incidents by coordinating with external suppliers and internal teams. 
  • Steer service partners to meet agreed-upon service levels, ensuring timely and budget-conscious IT service delivery to our stores. 
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements that drive efficiency, cost savings, and streamlined processes. 
  • Act as the IT spokesperson for different departments within Rituals, ensuring alignment and clear communication on IT topics. 
  • Support store teams by simplifying IT processes, allowing them to focus on sales. 

Qualifications

You are an experienced and energetic professional with a clear vision for the future of IT. You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have a collaborative, team-oriented approach. You also have:  

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT (project) environment. 
  • Passion for retail and an eagerness to contribute to a fast-growing, global brand. 
  • Experience in IT outsourcing and service delivery management. 
  • Strong supplier management skills, ensuring high-quality IT service delivery. 
  • A solid understanding of operational processes and frameworks such as ITIL & Agile. 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch. 
  • A service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, acting as the bridge between business and technology. 
  • A hands-on, can-do mentality with an eye for efficiency and process optimization. 
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow is a plus.
