- Professionelle und leidenschaftliche Kundenberatung und Kundenbindung
- Umsatzorientierte Umsetzung operativer Prozessabläufe auf der Fläche und im Lager
- Präsentation der Produkte und Verkaufsräume mit einem guten Blick für Angebote, den Umsatz sowie das Shopping-Erlebnis der Kundschaft
- Lösungsorientierte Anwendung von Strategien und Best Practices im Kundenservice gemeinsam mit dem Team
Das Mindestgehalt nach KV für diese Position beträgt € 2.251,00 (Einstiegsgehalt im 1. Berufsjahr auf Vollzeitbasis) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
Qualifikationen
- Authentische und offene Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Teamgefühl sowie zeitlicher Flexibilität
- Ergebnisorientierter Berater mit hoher Service-Exzellenz und -Qualität mit dem Ziel der Kundenzufriedenheit sowie ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch: sehr gut)
- Affinität zur Beauty-Welt, Kosmetikbranche oder Lifestylebranche mit erster Erfahrung als Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d), Verkaufsberater (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in einer serviceorientierten Branche (z. B. Einzelhandel, Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Tourismus)

What you'll do
