You will help strengthen our Recruit-to-Hire landscape by improving systems, data quality, and ways of working together with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze recruitment processes and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Support process improvements and validate solutions before rollout
  • Work closely with HR and recruitment stakeholders to translate needs into system enhancements

Qualifications

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with complex processes, HR systems, and data structures. You take ownership, bring clarity, and feel comfortable navigating between business and technology.

Must-haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, HR systems, or a related field
  • Experience with Recruitment systems (ATS, CMS, Workday Recruiting or similar)
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methods and process documentation
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
  • Technical affinity with enterprise systems, integrations, and data management
  • Ability to drive decisions using data and process insights

Soft skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative, proactive working style
