CASH CONTROL AMBASSADOR

Position Summary

Cash Control Ambassadors support park operations by overseeing cash-handling procedures, assisting with daily financial reporting, and ensuring the security and accuracy of cash transactions. This role requires integrity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest service and operational safety.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and support daily operating and cash reconciliation reports.
• Monitor cashier operations to ensure compliance with cash control policies and procedures.
• Serve as a cash runner by distributing change and collecting cash pickups from locations throughout the park.
• Maintain the security and organization of the cash control room and cash vault.
• Accurately document all cash vault activity.
• Promote a safe, secure, and guest-focused environment.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with general park duties and cleanliness as assigned.
• Perform additional responsibilities as operational needs require.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to learn and accurately use point-of-sale and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to follow all security, safety, and cash-handling procedures.
• Ability to successfully complete all company, legal, and departmental training requirements.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the park for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cash drawers, coin bags, or supplies with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in secure areas with heightened attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
