You will encourage teams to communicate, guide development, remove roadblocks, and ultimately help drive our games into players’ hands, while making sure that our teams and workflows are healthy and sustainable.</p> <p>As a Sr. Producer for an Unpublished R&amp;D product team, you will help steer and orchestrate cosmetic content development, and coordinate production best practices with our production and gameplay teams to help deliver the best possible products to our players. You will partner closely with artists, producers, product owners, designers and engineers to guide content from concept through implementation - maintaining quality, managing timelines, and ensuring creative alignment. You will help shape the pipelines and workflows that enable artists to do their best work, at scale, in a live service environment. You will use your experience of content production, strong project management fundamentals, and broad knowledge of the game development process to support the product’s holistic vision. You will report to an Operations Lead on the project.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead delivery of content features in a cross-team and cross-discipline manner</li> <li>Partner with discipline leads to ensure that all content meets fidelity, consistency, and style standards</li> <li>Drive development and maintenance of sustainable creative pipelines, including support for external vendors and outsourcing workflows</li> <li>Drive creation, alignment, and delivery of content goals</li> <li>Transition a team from a largely exploratory space to a high functioning delivery model</li> <li>Prioritization of requests from multiple partner teams, planned and emergent</li> <li>Long range planning of resource allocation to deliver against project priorities</li> <li>Establish and own an effective development framework by leading content team meetings, driving iterative process improvements, and ensuring needed communication</li> <li>Own long term sustainability of the team including improving capabilities, creating and maintaining effective work systems, and team health</li> <li>Ensure effective execution of risk management, velocity tracking, product review, and quality validation&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and resolve roadblocks and distractions to unlock developers and help them achieve established goals</li> <li>Maintain stakeholder relationships and keep them informed of progress, risks, and pivots</li> <li>Communicate team staffing needs as they arise</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in a Production role (i.e. - experience as a producer, product manager, project manager, or similar).</li> <li>4+ years of experience delivering content for a live service game</li> <li>2+ years of experience guiding a R&amp;D project through the different phases of development from Pre-production to Production to Live.</li> <li>Experience working with game developers to create or manage scalable pipelines for art-driven content; deep familiarity with modern 2D and 3D art pipelines in games.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with creatives to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality visual assets.</li> <li>Experience shipping multiple games with production responsibility on important features and content</li> <li>Experience working with both internal and external vendors to deliver content for a live service game</li> <li>Experience with project management software such as Jira or MS Project</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A passion for solving operational and logistical problems</li> <li>Experience managing art content teams and processes</li> <li>Experience with Unreal workflows</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Our Perks</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Full relocation support</li> <li>Full health insurance for you, your spouse and children</li> <li>Open paid time off</li> <li>Retirement benefits with company matching</li> <li>Life insurance, parental leave, plus short-term and long-term disability</li> <li>Play Fund so you can broaden and deepen your knowledge of our players and community through games</li> <li>We will double down on your donations of time and money to non-profits</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
