Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jack
- Maintain organization of the warehouse and yard
- Perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) daily
- Carry out general labor tasks as needed, including snow removal
- Safely operate all equipment in accordance with company policies and legislation
- Exercise good judgment, take initiative, and make decisions that support safe and efficient operations
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or shop experience is an asset
- 2+ years’ experience in shipping/receiving is preferred
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Experience with narrow aisle stand-up and counterbalance forklifts an asset
- Order picking experience an asset
- Familiarity with hand tools

- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work under pressure

- Demonstrated decision-making skills and ability to take initiative
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
