What we are looking for: 

We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Installers and Service Technicians to be responsible for performing onsite installations, service and repairs in residential homes.

  • A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
  • Valid Gas Fitter Two License 
  • Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • Clear criminal record
  • Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
  • Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.
  • Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
  • An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements

What will you do:

We want our Technicians to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.

  • Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
  • Follow all Energy Star installation processes and procedures.
  • Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options
  • Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections
  • Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
  • Promote our products and services on every call
  • Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
  • Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
  • Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
