Right at Home Stockport & Didsbury - "An Award-Winning Employer” provides exceptional palliative care for individuals whose preferred place to be in their final moments, is at home.
Our Palliative team work in pairs on either early or lates shifts – a minimum requirement of three shifts a week is required for consistency of care during this difficult time.
Full support and training (including hands-on mentoring) is provided from our Management Team and Advanced Care Assistants.
Shifts Available; - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Sunday 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm
