Commis de bureau

Le commis de bureau est chargé d'aider à fournir des services de soutien administratif de base dans les locaux de nos clients. Le poste consiste principalement à établir des relations avec les clients tout en fournissant un soutien administratif important. À ce poste, vous serez chargé de fournir des services de copie/impression, des services postaux, des services d'expédition et d'autres tâches administratives.

 

Responsabilités :

  • Utiliser une photocopieuse à haut débit et effectuer des travaux de reliure et de finition.
  • S'assurer que les photocopieuses fonctionnent correctement, en vérifiant leur qualité lors d'inspections quotidiennes.
  • Éliminer les bourrages papier et informer les techniciens des problèmes spécifiques.
  • Trier et distribuer le courrier et les fournitures de bureau, y compris le courrier interne, les coursiers et le courrier express au personnel de l'entreprise et/ou aux points de dépôt désignés.
  • Calculer les frais pour les travaux effectués et tenir à jour les registres de facturation.
  • Répondre à tous les appels de service requis par les clients et les coordonner.
  • Peut effectuer des tâches de classement en fonction des demandes spécifiques des clients.
  • Autres tâches requises par le responsable.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience équivalente.
  • Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans une salle du courrier ou un centre de photocopie.

Compétences :

  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à développer rapidement des relations professionnelles.
  • Forte motivation personnelle pour obtenir des résultats.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Connaissances de base des applications Microsoft Office.

 

Office Clerk

The Office Clerk is responsible for helping to provide entry-level office support services within our customer locations.  The position's primary focus is building relationships with customers while providing important office support.  In this position you will be responsible for providing copy/print services, mail services, shipping and other office related tasks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Runs high volume copy machine and performs binding and finishing work
  • Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections
  • Clear paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems
  • Sorting and distribution of mail and office supplies, including interoffice, couriers and overnight mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points
  • Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains billing logs
  • Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer
  • May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific client requests
  • Other duties as required by manager

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a mail room or copy centre 

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships 
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
